Solar Conduit Policies

Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order with UPS. You may select the speed of service when you check out. Please allow 5-7 days once your order is shipped from Solar Conduit to arrive at your location for UPS Ground Service.

Orders indicating UPS Ground Service are usually shipped from Solar Conduit within 1-2 business days. Orders indicating expedited service (3-day, 2-day, next day) ship from Solar Conduit usually within 1 business day.

We will send you an email with your shipment tracking number once we ship your order. Your order can be tracked with this tracking number at www.ups.com .

Large items, such as large PV modules, large batteries, oversized items, and items weighing 160 pounds or more, must be shipped truck freight. Your order may not include a shipping charge due to the size/weight of the item. In this instance, we will contact you with an estimate shipping amount and to obtain your credit card information to process the additional freight costs. We usually ship UPS Freight, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order ships. Your order can be tracked with this tracking number at www.ups.com .
Privacy & Security
Shop with confidence! We use Authorize.net to process your credit card for your order. There is a link at the bottom of this website to verify that we are an Authorized Merchant with Authorize.net. Authorize.net utilizes the latest information protection schemas to protect your credit card information.

We also utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your transaction. You know SSL is enabled when you see an "s" at the end of the "http" in the URL line above. In Microsoft Internet Exporer, you will also see a symbol of a closed lock in the bottom right of the browser window.

We never sell or otherwize provide anyone outside our company with your information, unless you specifically authorize us to do so.

Fraudsters Beware!!! - Our Audit and Fraud Department carefully scrutinizes each credit card transaction to identify fraud indicators. If we suspect the credit card is stolen or a transaction is fraudulent, we will require additional validation before the transaction will be processed. Credit card transactions determined to be fraudulent are immediately cancelled.

We will not ship an order to an address that is different than the billing address for the credit card, unless we already have an established business relationship with the customer.

We reserve the right to not process any order and to refund your credit card for the order amount.
Returns & Replacements Policy
Returns or exchanges accepted only with preauthorization from Solar Conduit.  Returns accepted only with an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Defective items will be replaced with same or similar item, at the discretion of Solar Conduit.  No cash/credit card refunds on special order items or items not in stock at time of order.  No cash/credit card refunds after 30 days.  Please contact us at info@solarconduit.com if you need an RMA number, or call us to discuss the return. Please state the reason for your return.  There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items.  Item(s) must be returned in unopened and unused condition.  If the item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging with all instructions and additional parts. Defective merchandise will be replaced upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).  By ordering online at solarconduit.com, you agree to accept the Returns and Replacements policy.
Ordering
You may create your own personal account on our website, or you may purchase as a guest. We never sell or otherwize provide anyone outside our company with your information, unless you specifically authorize us to do so.

When ordering, a confirmation email of your order will be sent to the email address you provide. We currently do not update the status of your order on the website. However, you may contact us at any time to check on the status of an order. We will also send you an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

We strive to maintain an inventory sufficient to satisy all of our customer's orders. However, an item will sometimes become out-of-stock due large order volume, backorders with our suppliers, or production issues with the manufacturer. If the item or items have become out-of-stock, we will notify you immediately as to when the item is expected in. Usually we will have the item back in stock within 5-7 business days. You have the right to cancel the order if the item(s) have become out-of stock.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Solar Conduit strives to offer pricing that is competitive with other renewable energy product providers. As such, we encourage you to contact us for a specific quote on the product you wish to purchase. Also, let us know when you find a product we offer at a better price and we will do our best to beat it.
