Description:

C-60 The Newest Model of the Eloo is here! This new model is MADE IN AMERICA!!

The Eloo C-60 replaces the SWS-2020, and the SWS-2040, all outdated models.

As of September 13, 2013, the American made C-60 is available to all North Americans looking for the newest waterless technology in human waste management. This cutting edge evaporative toilet requires no infrastructure - no water, no electricity, no chemicals, and no additives.

Best of all, it produces no odor!!

The ELOO® is manufactured in the United States only by SWSLoo, Inc. It is built to high U.S. standards and provides an environmentally safe and user-friendly sanitation system. Because the ELOO® uses passive solar and wind power to evaporate waste products there is:
- No odor
- No infrastructure required
- Very low maintenance
- No flies (reduces airborn diseases)

The ELOO® provides an environmentally friendly way to treat human waste using dehydration and evaporation. The ELOO® is particularly suited for locations that have limited water resources. The ELOO® Toilets are ideal for areas such as:
- Remote areas
- Cabins and cottages
- Ranches and farms
- Campgrounds and parks
- Sports fields
- Water shortage areas
- Golf courses
- Marinas and mines
- Highway rest stops
- Construction areas
- Beaches and lakes
- Rural villages

The Eloo C-60 is truly passive solar, constructed of black polyethylene plastic to absorb the sun's heat, the C-60 uses directed, convective airflow to evaporate and dehydrate the collected human waste.

The Eloo C-60 demonstrates Enviro Loo USA's (ELUSA) two fold commitment to our customers: 1) offering an evaporative toilet manufactured to meet the high quality expectations and structural sturdiness of American consumers; and 2) adding American jobs to the American economy.

The C-60 is the Commerical model of the ELOO®. This model replaces the old SWS-2020 and SWS-2040 commercial model of Eloo. The C-60 is designed to service 60 uses/day, or 30 people all day. It is 84 inches long, 36 inches wide, and 51 inches tall. It goes into the ground (if possible) approximately 36 inches, or the height to meet floor level. Envio Loo USA/SWSLoo is the only company in the US that carries this model of the Enviro Loo. This model is the most current, up-to-date model available at this time. Please call if you have questions.

How it works:

The ELOO®, although not a composting toilet, provides the right environment to treat and stabilize human waste by the natural processes of dehydration and evaporation. The waste is reduced into an inoffensive and harmless, dry, ash-like material, which is then disposed of according to local county, state, and Federal regulations.

The ELOO® operates by separating the liquid and solid waste. This waste is subjected to ambient heat and directed airflow to achieve the necessary dehydration and evaporation to convert this waste, with ancillary bacterial and biological activity, into the dried, ash-like material which is approximately 5-10% of its original mass (solid waste). The liquid waste totally evaporates.

The liquid waste drains into the trap area below the solid waste drying plate (see drawing). By separating the solid and liquid waste, anaerobic conditions (cause of odor) do not occur. Constant, directed air flow through the intake pipes, around and over the drying tray, then up through the evacuation vent pipe facilitates both the dehydration and evaporation of the waste. The turbine on top of the vent pipe aids in the air flow and dehydration processes.

Installation of the The ELOO® should be with the back of the unit placed to collect the most sunlight and heat - the solar window in your hemisphere. The heat build-up (radiant heat) is absorbed through the UV-protected black polyethylene plastic of the maintenance cover and vent pipe. The increased internal temperature causes convective airflow which adds to the airflow through the intake pipes.

Depending on the climatic conditions where the The ELOO® is installed, additional solar fans may be added to the unit to increase air flow. (See Related Products at left for solar fan options.) Local state regulations may require a high-water alarm be placed in the ELOO®. SWSLoo™ provides a choice of solar or battery alarms, either audio or visual or both, to meet state and/or county requirements. Testing of the The ELOO® indicates that the evaporation and dehydration processes continue working until the interior temperature of the unit reaches a low of 1 degree farenheit, which means that the Eloo will continue to operate in most climatic conditions in a very large range of temperatures.

Enclosures:

SWSLooTM is now offering enclosures (buildings/surrounds) to enclose your ELOO®. These buildings are specifically designed and built for the ELOO®, both standard and ADA models. Because many EnviroLoo customers wanted a building that would work for very remote locations, these buildings are very strong but very lightweight. It can be transported to remote trailheads, camping sites, and/or other remote sites via a 4-wheel ATV with small trailer, pickup truck, jeep, etc. You do not need heavy cranes or large trucks to get this building to your site. Please contact us for more information on these enclosures.

Please contact us if you have any questions, or if there is no shipping weight noted for a shipping cost quote. Prices online subject to change without notice due to supplier price increases. We will contact you if current price is more than the online price prior to processing the order.
