   I use this charge controller for my cabin PV system paired with a Outback FX inverter. I have the controller and inverter in a small shack adjacent to the cabin and have the Morningstar remote meter wired to the cabin. Works great. Just be careful when installing the wires. I used heavier #2 wire into the controller and accidentially damaged the lower fault LED while bending the wire. The LEDs are somewhat sensitive and a bump can break the solder connection and it is very difficult to resolder. Other than that, works great and provides reasonable information on the meter.
